Not much! When you receive a booking request, review the guest profile and dates, then accept. The only extra step is blocking those dates in your other booking platform or property management system to avoid double-booking. We send you reminders to do this.
Landian charges a flat 5% fee on the booking amount — and there is no host service fee. Other platforms charge guests ~12% and take an additional 3% from you as a host. On a $1,500 booking, you keep $1,425 with Landian vs ~$1,275 on the major platforms.
